Miguel Ángel Contreras
Is the best and nerdiest type engineer and the quickest type drafter in the region. Miguel can draw a whole alphabet in less time than it takes you to make a pot of oolong tea, and his designs are always full of inventiveness and a drive to push the limits.  He studied grapic Design at Benemérita universidad de Puebla, and since graduating, has absorbed more type knowledge from every possible source than was previously thought possible. On top of that, he’s a talented full stack developer, always ready with the appropriate line of code to solve even the most puzzling challenges.

His passion for letters is such, that he kickstarted the Chelas y Tipos type meets in México and continuosly offers free online workshops in spanish, through Letrástica Puebla’s typenerd initiative, to make type design more accessible to everyone around him.
